The prices include all expenses of light, water, gas and electricity (except in the bedsits). In addition, they possess all the comforts;

ARRIVALS:
Before your arrival in Madrid:

Flats for people who want to live for a time with other foreign students. They can choose between single room or double room. They will share with the others, living room, bathroom and kitchen. Everything is furnished and with cloths and towels. Furthermore, there is a cleaning service in the shared space of the flat.

FAMILIES:
Living with a Spanish Family is an advantage to know habits, foods and the language. They can choose between a family without any food service: the owner lives in the flat but the student can go out and go back as he wants. Breakfast or half board families. The use of the washing machine is included like the cleaning of the rooms.

RESIDENCES:
They include cleaning service, washing machine service, dining room and a TV room. Residences have a common dining room where they serve meals for each student. They could share their experiences with other students about Madrid.
